Russian River resorts choose new 'brand'

Russian River resort-area business and community interests are so certain their towns need a new image that they've spent $177,000 in tax money for a new slogan and branding plan.



Henceforth, Guerneville and environs are to be known by the slogan “balanced. by nature,” a tagline accompanied by the words “Russian River” in stylized script and a drawing of two redwood trees.
